TEXAS — Representative Chip Roy (TX-21) was proud to announce the winner of the 2024 Congressional App Challenge (CAC) in Texas’ 21st Congressional District.

The 1st place winners are Mr. Keshav Singh and Mr. Ty Fonseca of Bulverde, Texas, with their app, “Semiflow”.  Mr. Singh and Mr. Fonseca are 11th graders at Hill Country College Preparatory High School of Comal ISD. “Semiflow” is a simulator app that helps students understand physics.

However, the resolution in question is a meaningless piece of paper that references language from an international organization that poses First Amendment concerns.
