On Veterans Day, we take time to reflect on the selfless commitment our men and women in uniform give to the United States of America, our values, and our way of life. Our service men and women deserve our full support and our unwavering gratitude.

"The VA Committee met today to mark-up – or amend and then vote on – 10 pieces of legislation on issues ranging from how we allow our Gold Star Families to be treated, the GI bill and benefits use, veterans suicide, veterans childcare, and 2nd amendment protections.
Rep. Chip Roy released the following statement Sunday evening regarding the death of ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi:
I'm glad al-Baghdadi is dead. And we believe we followed it up with killing the voice of ISIS, Abu Hassan al-Muhajir, spokesman of the Islamic State. America should continue sending the message to our enemies that no matter where you hide, we will rout you out, we will find you, and we will ensure that justice is served.
