Washington, D.C. — Representative Chip Roy (TX-21) introduced two pieces of legislation today H.R. 4201, the "TPS Reform Act", and H.R. 4200, the "End DED Act”. These bills would rein in the executive branch from abusing its authority in shielding illegal aliens from removal, returning immigration authority to Congress.

“Today, we commemorate the historic and righteous decision by the United States Supreme Court in Dobbs, overturning the grave injustice of Roe v. Wade.

Washington, D.C. — The House Judiciary Committee voted to advance H.R. 589 the "FACE Act Repeal Act of 2025" today, a bill introduced by Representative Chip Roy (TX-21).

Washington, D.C. — Rep. Chip Roy (TX-21) introduced H.R. 3733, the "Make DOGE Permanent Act" today. This bill would give Congress permanent & effective tools to go after waste, fraud, and abuse in our government in real time.
