WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman Chip Roy (TX-21) announced today the winner of the 2026 Congressional Art Competition, recognizing the artistic talent and creativity of high school students across Texas’ 21st Congressional District. 

Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Roy introduced The Ban Chinese Communist and Islamist Home Ownership Act, legislation which would ban foreign adversaries from buying American homes. 

Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) introduced the Inhibiting Militant Adversarial Mullahs (IMAN) Act , legislation which that bar anti-American foreign clerics who preach Sharia Law and political Islam from being admitted into the United States. 

WASHINGTON— Rep. Roy offers his congratulations to the thirty-six stellar high school students across Texas’ 21^st congressional district who achieved the Exceptional Senior Award (ESA). The award is in its seventh year of existence. 

ESA winners have consistently displayed high levels of character, leadership, integrity, and diligence. These virtues are evident through their philanthropic activities, academic success, and reputations among peers and teachers.
