WASHINGTON — Today, Congressman Chip Roy (TX-21) announced the promotion of Hannah Arvey to the role of Legislative Director from her position as Senior Policy Advisor.
Arvey’s primary issue expertise has been in the area of national security, defense, and foreign affairs, notably, most recently guiding passage of H.R. 23 through the U.S. House, a bill sanctioning the International Criminal Court. She also covers veterans affairs, education, and other legislative matters.

WASHINGTON — Today, Congressman Roy (TX-21), reintroduced the No Taxpayer Funding for the United Nations Population Fund Act.
This bill would prohibit the Department of State or any other department or agency from contributing funds directly or indirectly to the United Nations Population Fund. This legislation would prevent American tax dollars from propping up an international program complicit in China's abusive population-control programs, which included forced abortions and the forced sterilization of women.
