Rep. Roy Releases Statement on Iran Attacks Against Israel

Washington, D.C. — Representative Chip Roy (TX-21) released the following statement this afternoon:

“The recent attacks in Israel are a reminder of the stakes involved with defending one’s national sovereignty and standing athwart the evils of the Iranian Regime and its dangerous promotion of terrorism and radical Islam.

I stand with President Trump as we will continue to support our friend and ally, Israel, as it rightfully takes action to defend itself, and I am unequivocal in my belief that denying Iran nuclear capability is firmly in the national security interest of the United States.

We pray for the peace and security of the Israeli people as they face these attacks with courage and resolve.”
