WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Thursday, Representatives Chip Roy (TX-21) and Guy Reschenthaler (PA-14) led a group of 25 lawmakers demanding the end of the Biden-Harris administration’s unlawful parole process for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans (CHNV).  

The unlawful parole program admits up to 30,000 inadmissible aliens each month into the United States from those four countries. Over half a million aliens have entered through the CHNV program.
