WASHINGTON — On Wednesday, Rep. Chip Roy (TX-21) and Rep. Seth Magaziner (RI-1) announced the bipartisan reintroduction of the TRUST in Congress Act to ban Members of Congress and their families from engaging in insider trading.

WASHINGTON — Today, Representative Roy reintroduced the Border Safety and Security Act, a bill providing a framework for the Trump Administration and future administrations to secure our southern border and stop the release of illegal aliens into our communities. I am pleased the House passed, my bill H.R. 23 “The Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act” to hold the ICC accountable for targeting Israel and ensure they will face consequences for going after American servicemembers or our allies. 

WASHINGTON — Today, Representative Roy reintroduced the Healthcare Freedom Act to take back control of the healthcare system for the American people. This bill would massively expand health savings Accounts (HSAs) to allow for greater flexibility and personalization of healthcare decisions.

WASHINGTON — Following recent news of a University of Texas money flowing to a Planned Parenthood, Rep. Chip Roy (TX-21) pressed the college for answers on Wednesday.

 “After receiving $526,145 of the $2 million allotted by HHS, the university has sub-awarded a total of $49,458 to the Planned Parenthood of Illinois since September 15, 2023,” Rep. Roy explained in a letter to Dr. Allan Cole, Dean of UT’s Steve Hicks School of Social Work.

WASHINGTON — Last Friday, Rep. Chip Roy (TX-21) reintroduced the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act to protect U.S. elections (H.R. 22, 119th Congress).

Millions of illegal aliens remain in our country illegally and many have been given the opportunity to register to vote in federal elections. The SAVE Act would thwart Democrat efforts to cement one-party rule by upholding and strengthening current law that permits only U.S. citizens to vote in Federal elections. 

WASHINGTON — On Monday Rep. Chip Roy (TX-21), joined by House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Brian Mast (FL-21) announced the introduction of legislation to shield Israeli officials from the lawless and illegitimate attacks of the so-called “International Criminal Court.”

The “Illegitimate Court Counteraction Act” (H.R. 23), which was introduced on Friday and included in the 119th House rules package, would impose sanctions on International Criminal Court (ICC) officials who seek to go after U.S. citizens or allies, including Israel.
