WASHINGTON— On Thursday, Rep. Chip Roy (TX-21) led eight of his Republican colleagues in introducing the “No Taxpayer funding for CZARS Act” to defund Joe Biden's special presidential envoy for climate, John Kerry.

The No Taxpayer Funding for CZARS Act would prohibit federal funds from being used for any activity of the special presidential envoy for climate, including salary, administrative, and travel expenses.
