In all locations, laws should be observed. If approved observers are not allowed to be present, votes should not be uploaded into the system. The process should be subject to observation to be fair/open, regardless of who it may or may not benefit in any particular situation.
This evening, the Senate voted to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court of the United States.
The Senate hearings made very clear that President Donald Trump made an excellent choice in nominating Judge Barrett. She has an exemplary record as a judge on the 7th Circuit, a strong understanding of the Constitution, and an unflappable demeanor that will serve the Court well.
