WASHINGTON—Today, Congressman Chip Roy (TX-21) introduced the Protecting Life on College Campus Act of 2021 with Rep. Mary Miller (IL-15) as the House co-lead and Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT), the Founder and Chairman of the Senate Pro-Life Caucus, introducing the legislation in the Senate.

The bill would prohibit Federal funds from going to any institution of higher learning that hosts or is affiliated with a student-based service site that provides abortion drugs or abortion to students of the institution or to employees of the institution or site.
