WASHINGTON—Live from the southern border, Rep. Chip Roy (TX-21) appeared on Spicer & Co. to discuss how the left's deliberate refusal to secure the border and enforce the laws of the United States has stoked a full-blown humanitarian crisis.

• While Democrats pat themselves on the back for being compassionate, we watch little girls-women, getting raped and abused, and getting put into the sex trafficking business- literally as we speak.
  
• We need funding for the wall, we need funding for border patrol, we need to actually do our job to make sure ICE has funding... but most of all you need to enforce the law.
