Rep. Roy on Dana Loesch: Critical Race Theory seeks ‘to purposefully divide us by race’

WASHINGTON —On Thursday, Rep. Chip Roy (TX-21) joined Dana Loesch in an interview to discuss his fight to remove the Chief Diversity Officer at the Pentagon and push back against the left's plot to weaken our military with their "woke" agenda.

• The whole reason for Critical Race Theory is to purposefully divide us by race, you know, I know that because we study it.
• But, you know, most Americans are going about their daily lives and their kids go to school and they take them to a baseball game, or they got to go to work or whatever- they don't study all this stuff and then suddenly they see they're in this pandemic, "wait a minute, my kids are getting trained to hate America, my kids are getting trained to hate their race, my kids are being trained to actually be racist to think in race terms."

• We're spending literally millions of dollars on positions and focus on Critical Race Theory, and all of this "woke training." And look, our military is supposed to be about killing people and destroying things when called upon to do so and we need to be training them to do that.

• We don't need this, we just need to be focused on training men women to do the job of defending the United States of America, and that's what I'm going continue to push to do.
