Washington, D.C. – Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) held a House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution and Limited Government hearing titled, "Immigration Policy by Court Order: The Adverse Effects of Plyer v. Doe," to examine why Plyler v. Doe, the 1982 Supreme Court decision requiring states to provide illegal aliens a free K-12 education, was wrongly decided and how it harms America's schools, students, and taxpayers.

Washington, D.C. – Today, Representatives Chip Roy (R-TX) and Tom Tiffany (R-WI) sent a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Interior Secretary Doug Burgum pressing for answers over whether China is exploiting U.S. birthright citizenship and visa-less immigration programs in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands—a U.S. territory—to secure long-term influence inside the United States.
