WASHINGTON— On Wednesday, Rep. Chip Roy (TX-21) joined Jesse Kelly in an interview to discuss the consequences of the Biden administration’s vaccine mandates, its refusal to acknowledge the science of natural immunity, and the denial of Americans’ freedom to make their own medical decisions.

Full clip of interview is available here; and some key quotes are below:

  • It’s never been about making sure that we protect Americans and have actual medicines, having the ability for the American people to go to doctors, make decisions about what’s in their best interest.  It’s always, as you said, about power.  It’s been about, frankly, corruption.

  • Joe Biden, all of these lunatics, the CDC, the NIH, FDA, all of them, HHS, coming in and literally limiting our ability to get care… We know that natural immunity works and they literally refuse to do any work on natural immunity.

  • These jackasses who are actually interested in empowering themselves in doing fashionable interviews like Fauci [rather] than actually protecting Americans.

  • This isn’t about righteousness, this is about power.  It always has been, it always will be, and it’s about time Republicans start acting like it instead of the thirteen losers who folded like wet noodles two weeks ago.

  • You should never put your faith in courts to determine what your God-given rights are… we defend our right, we the people.

  • No Republican should vote to fund a government that is carrying out unconstitutional, unlawful, wrong-headed mandates of vaccine.
